Hand lettering = massive improvement

Yay hand-lettering! My big problem with hand-lettering has always been the regrets. Like "I need to change this word. Now I'll have to write the new word separately, scan it, and then insert it through acrobatic Photoshopping" BTW, diggin' the laundry line. :)

Four out of six panels were surgically altered in post-production when I thought of a better choice of words. Also, my letters are too big in some places (panel 2). But I think with a little practice I'll be able to get the hand-lettering to a place where I'm happy with it. Also, Sato-san's wiggly-talk would be really hard to do any other way. The next problem I have to fix, process-wise, is that the blue graph paper lines are clearly visible in all the grey-shaded areas, especially in panel 1. I experimented extensively with scanner settings but there was no way to get rid of those lines without also ruining the shading. Next page I'll try inking on good paper. BTW, I don't actually know what those Bangla letters in panel 2 mean. I just copied them from a font sample, so they're probably the equivalent of "Lorem Ipsum..." or "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog."

They're _arm-wrestling_. I didn't even notice the first time through. Attention to detail strikes again! Yay more Yuki!

Jono: Under "Channels" in Photoshop, you can click on a "blue" channel that removes all the blue color altogether...
